It’s as simple as sending a text! Click the "Order via WhatsApp" button on our homepage. This will open a chat with our team. Just type out your grocery list (or send us a photo of your handwritten list), and we will take it from there.
Not necessarily. You can specify brands if you have a preference, or simply ask for "1kg of local tomatoes" or "the freshest milk available." Our team will confirm the brands and prices with you before finalizing the order.
Once you confirm your list over WhatsApp, we typically deliver within 30 to 60 minutes (depending on your location in Al Ruwais). Our team will give you a specific time estimate during the chat. (Please confirm the delivery time with the client)
Our WhatsApp ordering team is active daily from 7:00 AM to Midnight.
We currently accept: Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery (Our drivers carry a portable machine)
